The Entry Point

Begin Here

The best way to explore this work is through direct observation – not belief, not theory, not prior study.

The Practice Lab offers weekly experiments you can test in your own daily life, on your own terms. Each exercise is self-contained and immediately applicable. You observe. You notice what happens. That is enough to begin.

Who Is Inelia

Consciousness
researcher.
Teacher.

Inelia Benz has spent decades exploring the terrain of human consciousness — not as a philosophical exercise, but as direct field research. Her work draws from scientific inquiry, ancient traditions, and lived experience spanning multiple cultures and lineages.

She carries a Machi lineage from the Mapuche people of South America — a tradition of healing, ceremony, and deep knowledge that runs alongside her engagement with contemporary consciousness research and inquiry.

Her work spans teaching, writing, music, and direct practice. It is not a system to be adopted, but a set of tools for those willing to work on their own experience with precision and honesty.
